Agro Processing Machines

Agro Processing Machinery for Rice, Grain and Palm Oil

Machines & Equipments builds and exports agro processing machinery from China, with 17 models that take a crop from the field to a clean, sellable product. The range covers the rice mill line (destoners, paddy separators, combined rice mills and whiteners), hammer mills, bucket elevators, threshers and palm oil presses. We quote factory-direct on EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF terms and prepare the export papers for customs clearance.

All Agro Processing Machines products

General (1)

This general agro-processing category features the Commercial Mini Rice Mill Machine, a compact milling solution built for small and mid-scale rice processors looking to move from paddy to polished grain in one unit.

Agro Hammer Mill (2)

Our agro hammer mill equipment, including the grain pulverizer machine and qualified hammer mill models, is built to break down grains, feed and agricultural residues efficiently for downstream milling and feed production.

Agro Combined Rice Mill (2)

The agro combined rice mill line brings together complete set combine rice mills and fine white rice processing combine mills, integrating husking, whitening and polishing stages into a single compact processing unit.

Agro Rice Destoner (2)

Our agro rice destoner equipment, including rice processing machines and vibration cleaners, removes stones and heavy impurities from paddy ahead of milling, protecting downstream machinery and improving finished grain quality.

Agro Gravity Paddy Separator (2)

This agro gravity paddy separator range covers double-body paddy rice separator machines handling 6-12 tons per day alongside standard gravity paddy and grain separators, engineered to sort unhulled paddy from brown rice with minimal grain breakage.

Agro Rice Whitener (2)

Our agro rice whitener machines, including vertical roller whiteners and emery roller whitener units rated at 2-3 tons per hour, polish milled rice to a clean, market-ready finish for export and domestic distribution.

Agro Elevator (2)

The agro elevator category includes bucket elevators for rice mill installations and high lifting capacity models, built to move grain vertically between processing stages with minimal breakage and consistent throughput.

Agro Threshing Machine (2)

Our agro threshing machines, including diesel-engine wheat and paddy threshers and diesel corn shellers, are built for farms and small mills needing reliable, field-ready grain separation equipment.

Agro Palm Oil press (2)

This agro palm oil press range covers high-efficiency small palm oil extractor machines and general oil extraction press machines, giving processors compact, durable equipment for pressing palm and other oilseed crops.

How our agro processing machinery fits a working mill

Most buyers do not want just one machine. They want a set of units that pass grain from one stage to the next with no hold-ups. The groups below follow that flow, so you can see where each model sits and what it does.

Cleaning and separating paddy

Stones and heavy dirt wear out rollers fast, so cleaning comes first. Our agro rice destoner models, such as the Rice Vibration Cleaner, shake out stones and heavy impurities before milling. After husking, an agro gravity paddy separator sorts unhulled paddy from brown rice so the paddy can go back for a second pass. The double-body paddy separator in this group handles 6 to 12 tons per day, which suits small and mid-sized mills.

Husking, whitening and polishing

The agro combined rice mill joins husking, whitening and polishing in one compact frame. The Complete Set Combine Rice Mill is a good fit for a cooperative that wants one unit instead of a full line. For higher output, a separate rice whitener gives more control over the finish. The emery roller whitener in this group is rated at 2 to 3 tons per hour, while the vertical roller whitener gives a gentle polish for export-grade white rice.

For the smallest sites, the Commercial Mini Rice Mill Machine turns paddy into polished rice in a single unit with a small footprint.

Grinding, lifting and threshing

A hammer mill breaks down maize, grain, feed and crop residue for flour or animal feed. We offer the Agro Grain Pulverizer Machine and the Qualified Hammer Mill in this group. Bucket elevators lift grain up between stages, which saves floor space and cuts the hand work that breaks kernels.

In the field, diesel-engine threshers separate wheat and paddy from the straw, and the diesel corn sheller strips maize from the cob. These run where there is no grid power, which is the case on many farms in East and West Africa.

Palm oil pressing

The agro palm oil press group includes a small high-efficiency palm oil extractor and a general oil extraction press. Both suit village and small-plant processors who press palm fruit or other oilseeds in modest batches.

Choosing the right size and setup

Agro processing machinery is sized around two numbers: the crop you handle and the tons per hour you need. Feed rate, screen size, roller type and motor power all follow from those two inputs. A hammer mill set up for dry maize, for example, will not perform the same way on damp cassava or fibrous husk.

Before we quote, we confirm these points with every buyer:

  • Crop and condition. Paddy variety, grain moisture and how much foreign matter arrives from the field.
  • Throughput. Target tons per hour or tons per day, and the number of shifts you plan to run.
  • Scale. A single mini unit, a combined mill, or a full line of separate machines linked by elevators.
  • Power supply. Grid voltage and frequency at the site, or whether diesel drive is the better choice.

Buyers usually ask us whether one mill can handle more than one crop. Some units can, with a change of screens or rollers, but we would rather confirm that against your crop list than promise it up front.

Export supply for Africa and South Asia

Most of our agro processing machinery ships to buyers in Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Uganda and Bangladesh. Rice and maize milling is growing fast in these markets, and many new mills are backed by public farm schemes. Our agro processing machinery is sized for that kind of rural site. You can read port and currency notes on our machinery export to Kenya page and the other country guides.

We work with importers, distributors, contractors and tender buyers. Each export order is packed for sea freight and shipped with a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. You can see how the Incoterms and documents work on our shipping, Incoterms and export documents page.

Tender and cooperative orders

Agriculture boards and cooperative societies often buy post-harvest equipment through a formal tender. Throughput and crop fit are the usual technical criteria. We match our datasheets to the tender brief and plan a multi-unit order around the delivery window the programme sets. Any compliance documents the tender asks for are confirmed at enquiry, not assumed.

For wider context on farm mechanisation, the FAO publishes guidance on sustainable agricultural mechanization, listed in the references below. If you also need tractors or planting gear, see our wider range of agricultural machinery and equipment.

What to send us with your enquiry

To get an accurate quote, tell us the crop, the throughput you need, the scale of the plant and your destination port. A short note on site power and any tender clauses will save a round of questions. Prices depend on quantity, specification and Incoterm, so they are quoted per order.
