Rice Vibration Cleaner
The Rice Vibration Cleaner screens paddy or rice on a shaking sieve to remove straw, dust, chaff and oversize trash before milling. It comes in five sizes, from 5-7 t/h up to 25-30 t/h, each driven by a pair of vibration motors. It is usually the first machine after intake in a rice mill.

Energy consumption is modest relative to the tonnage, because the motors only agitate the screen box rather than elevate the grain.
How it cleans
Grain drops onto an upper screen that retains straw, oversize stones and other large impurities. The material that passes falls to a lower screen, which separates sand and weed seeds while the usable grain travels across and discharges. Many mills install an aspiration channel at the outlet to remove dust and light chaff. Screen perforations are selected to suit the grain variety, so we ask which rice type you process.
Sizing it for your line
Select a cleaner one size above your mill's rated intake, since damp or heavily contaminated paddy reduces screening capacity.
