Qualified Hammer Mill
The Qualified Hammer Mill grinds grain, fodder and dry raw materials for feed mills, livestock farms and light industry. It takes main grains such as wheat, sorghum, corn, rice, etc., as well as corn stalks, straw, bagasse and dried cassava chips. Coarse and fine grinding can both be done without changing the screen.
What the Qualified Hammer Mill can process

Design and how it grinds
The design comes from the tear-circle hammer mill. According to the manufacturer data, it is 45%-90% more efficient than a standard hammer mill of the same class. A fast swinging rotor strikes the material against the screen until the pieces are small enough to pass. A matched air draw pulls ground material through the screen quickly, which keeps the grinding chamber cool, cuts screen jams and lifts output.
The maker states that it can produce aqua feed at full load on a fine screen with far fewer jams. We suggest a trial grind on your own material to confirm the particle size you need.
