Tractors and tillage implements

Tractors drive most of the line. Our 50 HP tractor handles ploughing, sowing and haulage on small and mid-sized farms. The Tillage Implements group has nine models, including a 13-tyne spring-loaded cultivator, disc and mould board ploughs, power harrows, rotary tillers, a tractor-mounted disc harrow, a two-row disc ridger and a terracer blade for levelling land.

Sowing Equipment and planting

Sowing Equipment covers automatic seed sowing machines for even spacing along crop rows, plus a steel and plastic seeder for low-cost field planting. Even spacing cuts seed waste and gives each plant room to grow, so the crop comes up at the same time.

Harvesting Equipment and Combine Harvesters

The combine harvester cuts, threshes and cleans grain in one pass, which saves a lot of hand work on large plots of wheat or rice. For smaller farms, the Threshers, Reaper and Binders group offers a multi-crop cutter thresher and a mini combine cutter thresher.

Crop, grain and seed cleaning

The Crop/Grain/seeds Cleaning, Grading and Weighing Equipment group holds seven machines: a destoner, grain cleaners, a grill-type magnetic separator, a rotary classifier, a centrifugal sifter, an intensive scourer and a vibro separator. Clean grain keeps longer in store and sells for a better price.

Spraying, weeding and maize handling

Plant protection runs from a 6-litre battery hand sprayer and knapsack power sprayers to a 500-litre tractor-mounted sprayer for large fields. We also supply a farm weeding and ditching implement, a maize corn thresher and a maize processing machine.

How to match farm equipment to your land

The most common buying mistake is a tractor and an implement that do not match. Before we quote, we ask for three details.

1. Tractor HP rating. A plough that is too wide for the tractor will stall it or wear out the gearbox fast. One that is too small wastes fuel and time.
2. Land holding size and crop type. A smallholder growing maize needs a different set than a commercial wheat farm. Soil type also matters: heavy clay may call for a disc plough rather than a mould board plough.
3. Order quantity and season deadline. Machines must land before planting or harvest starts, so we plan production back from that date.

We confirm these points with you in writing so the quote matches the job, not just the catalogue line.

Supply for cooperatives and tender programs

Farm ministries, donor projects and farmer groups often bundle several kinds of implement into one tender award. We prepare the specification sheets such a bid needs and can plan a multi-unit order against the season your contract targets. Buyers usually ask us to pack tractors and matching implements together, with spare wear parts such as tines, discs and blades, so the fleet can work from the first week.

Tractors and large implements usually go by sea in containers or on flat racks. Sprayers and small tools ship as part-load cargo.
