What the range includes
Relief blankets
We offer two grades. The relief high thermal blankets are meant for cold nights, winter response and high ground, where warmth matters more than weight. The relief low thermal blankets are lighter and pack smaller, which suits warm regions and large first-wave kits.
Both grades are made for fast handout. They are pressed and baled so more units fit in each carton and each container.
Relief tents
Our six relief tents cover the main shelter needs of a camp or response site:
- Relief 2/3 man tent / campaign tent for small households or field teams on the move.
- Relief family tent for a household that needs a living space it can stay in for weeks or months.
- Relief double fly family ridge / army tent, where the second fly sheet adds shade and a layer of air that helps with heat and rain.
- Relief clinic tent for field health posts and triage.
- Boma tent and the relief mini Rub Hall / PVC multipurpose tent for stores, schools, distribution points and group shelter.
The relief family tent is the model most programmes start with. For bulk storage at a camp, see the mini Rub Hall PVC multipurpose tent.
Relief buckets
Our regular plastic buckets are strong, stackable and made to hold up under daily field use. They are a standard part of family kits for water storage and carrying. Guidance from the WHO on water, sanitation and health is a useful check when you set the size and lid type for a kit.
How to specify relief tents and blankets
Relief quotes are driven by volume, so the first thing we ask for is quantity. After that, three points shape the order:
- Quantity and kit mix. Tell us how many blankets, tents and buckets you need, and whether they ship as separate lines or as packed family kits.
- Unit weight and thermal rating. For blankets, give the weight per piece or the thermal grade in your programme spec. For tents, give the floor area, the number of people and the weather cover you need.
- Delivery timeline. Say whether this is a stock order or an emergency deadline. The answer changes how we plan the run and the freight.
We recommend sending the technical sheet from your appeal or tender, even if it is a draft. Buyers usually ask us to match a spec that another agency has already used, and a written sheet avoids mix-ups on size, colour or marking.
NGO and government tenders
Relief stock tenders from NGOs and government bodies often call for very large quantities on short notice. Our export-ready capacity is set up for that case. We prepare the procurement papers the tender needs, and we can fast-track dispatch against an emergency deadline rather than a standard lead time.
Importers and distributors who hold stock for local agencies can order the same items in steady batches. Contractors who fit out camps may also need our army equipment range for field gear, or our water treatment solutions to pair clean water with the buckets in each kit.
Where we ship relief supplies
Buyers in Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, Somalia and South Sudan already source relief tents and blankets from us. Each market has its own port, entry rules and paperwork, and our machinery export guide for Somalia is one example of the local detail we keep on file.
Packing, documents and customs clearance
Tents are packed with poles, pegs and ropes in one bag, so a team can pitch each unit without sorting parts. Blankets ship in compressed bales, and buckets nest inside each other to save space.
Every order comes with a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin for customs clearance. If your programme asks for extra papers, such as test reports or a donor's marking rules, we confirm what we can supply at enquiry rather than promise it up front.
