Garage Pollution Testing Equipments (2)
Pollution testing equipment includes a diesel smoke meter for opacity readings and a petrol gas analyser for emissions checks, covering both fuel types under one testing program. Built for pollution-under-control certification and workshop compliance testing, this equipment keeps garages ready for routine emissions inspection work.
Garage Air Conditioning Equipments (2)
Air conditioning equipment includes an AC gas recovery machine for safe refrigerant handling and an AC leak test detector for pinpointing system leaks before recharge. Together they give garages the tools to service vehicle climate systems efficiently and in line with refrigerant handling practice.
Garage Diagnostics Equipments (1)
Diagnostics equipment centers on the garage car scanner, giving technicians fast access to onboard fault codes and system data across modern vehicle electronics. It's foundational equipment for accurate, efficient troubleshooting before any repair work begins.
You can equip one new service bay or fit out a full workshop. Most units come in manual, semi-automatic and automatic types, so you can match the kit to your budget and how many cars you see each day.
What our garage workshop equipment covers
We sort the range by the job each tool does on the shop floor. That way you can plan a bay around the work you take in.
Lifting and wheel service
Garage lifting equipments include the two post lift, the four post lift, scissor lifts, a portable scissor lift and an alignment scissor lift for wheel and underbody work. Garage tyre care equipments add the 3D wheel alignment machine, a tyre changer, a videographic wheel balancer, a rim straightener and a tyre inflator. For trucks and buses, garage commercial vehicle equipments include a heavy truck wheel balancer and a truck wheel alignment system.
Body shop and crash repair
Garage crash repair equipments centre on a sheet metal beam correction device. It pulls a bent chassis back into line. Garage body shop equipments add a car body repair system and a dent puller with a mini spotter. In the general group, the spot welding machine, the dent pulling system and the spray paint booth let a shop finish a panel in-house.
Testing, diagnostics and AC service
A gas analyzer, a PUC 4 gas analyzer and a diesel smoke meter check the fumes from petrol and diesel cars. The Gscan car diagnosis unit and the garage car scanner read fault codes before any repair starts. For car AC work, a gas recovery machine and a leak test detector let you find leaks and reuse the gas.
Washing, service and hand tools
Garage washing, dry and clean equipments include car washers, foam washers, a steam car washer, a hydraulic spider arm washing lift, floor cleaners and vacuum cleaners. Garage general service equipments cover battery boosters, battery chargers, injector cleaners, spark plug cleaners and an engine de-carbonizing machine. The two wheeler and hydraulic tools group adds an engine crane, a transmission jack, an oil collector and a tools trolley. An air compressor and digital air inflators feed the air tools in the shop.
How to choose garage workshop equipment
The right set depends on the vehicles you service and the site you have. Before we quote, we confirm these points with each buyer:
- Vehicle type coverage. Two-wheelers, cars, vans or heavy trucks, since lift load and wheel size follow from this.
- Power supply. Single-phase or 3-phase, plus site voltage and frequency, so motors and controls match the grid.
- Manual or automatic. A manual tyre changer costs less, while an automatic unit saves time in a busy bay.
- Floor space and height. Lifts and paint booths need room and ceiling clearance, so we ask for bay size early.
Buyers usually ask us whether one lift or balancer can serve both cars and trucks. Often it cannot, and we say so rather than oversell a unit. Lead time and any spec we do not list here are confirmed at quotation.
Export supply and fleet tenders
We ship garage workshop equipment to importers, distributors, contractors and tender buyers in Bahrain, Cambodia, Kuwait, Vietnam and other markets. Each order is packed for sea or air freight and shipped with a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill and certificate of origin. Our shipping, Incoterms and export documents page sets out each term, and our machinery export to Kuwait guide covers the port and currency there.
Tender and fleet supply
Fleet depots and city transport bodies often tender for workshop kit in bulk. The type of vehicle and the power supply are what most tenders turn on. We match our datasheets to the tender spec sheet and plan delivery around the award deadline. Any compliance papers are confirmed at enquiry, not assumed, as set out on our certifications and compliance documents page.
For safe use of lifts, jacks and power tools, the OSHA guidance on hand and power tools is a useful reference and is listed below.
