Garage Car Washer
The Garage Car Washer is a high-pressure car washer for service stations, workshops and wash bays. It pairs an electric motor with a piston pump and a 10 m high-pressure hose, and the listed versions run on a 2.2 kW or 3 kW motor. We build it in China and supply single units or bulk orders for export.
What sets this car washer apart
The three listed versions differ in pump speed and flow. Two run at 2900 RPM with a flow of 12.6 LPM, while the third runs at 1450 RPM with a flow of 35 LPM. Maximum pressure is 1800 psi on the first version and 2500 psi on the other two. A slower pump with high flow suits trucks and buses, while the faster pumps suit cars and daily bay work.
Values marked as typical in the specification table below are usual for this type, not fixed for this model. Units in this class are usually trigger-gun controlled, with a steel or ABS pump housing and a reinforced hose, and they typically work at 100-160 bar with 400-600 litres per hour of flow. A double gun can be fitted as an option, and a wall-mounted version can be supplied.
