Relief groups buy tents, blankets, solar lights and water pumps in bulk, often at short notice. We confirm pack sizes and labels before production so goods clear customs fast.

How an export order works with us

Every order follows the same steps, whether it is one machine or a full container load.

1. Send us the product, spec, quantity and destination port.
2. We confirm the voltage, frequency and any tender clause, then quote under EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF terms.
3. Once you confirm, we schedule production against your delivery date.
4. We pack for sea freight and send the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin.

Buyers usually ask us for datasheets and material records early. We suggest you send the tender's compliance clause with your first message. Certificates are supplied per product line and per order, and we confirm what applies at enquiry rather than promise it up front.
