Write to us about a machine, a tender schedule or a shipment. We quote FOB, CIF and CFR, and we supply single units as readily as container quantities.
The fastest way to a useful answer
A quotation needs four things. If your first message has them, the reply is a price and a lead time rather than a list of questions:
- Which machine — the product code from its page, if you have it. The quotation form attaches it for you.
- Output required — per hour or per shift. This is what decides the model, more than any other single fact.
- Destination port — so the quotation can be CIF or CFR rather than ex-works.
- Quantity, and whether this is a firm requirement or an indicative price for a bid you are preparing.
Your electrical supply is worth adding too — voltage, phase and frequency. It is the commonest reason a machine arrives and cannot be commissioned, and it is the easiest thing in the world to get right beforehand.
What happens next
Enquiries reach the export desk directly. We reply with a quotation, or with the specific questions needed to produce one. If a machine has to be built to your specification rather than supplied as standard, we tell you what changes before quoting, not afterwards.
We are in Shandong, China, on China Standard Time (UTC+8). An enquiry sent during your working day in Africa, the Middle East, South Asia or Europe is normally read the same day or the following morning our time.
What we supply
We supply machinery. We are not a spare parts business and we do not run an after-sales desk — if you are looking for a component for a machine already in service, we are not the right people, and it is fairer to say so here than after an exchange of emails.
Warranty, installation service and operator training are agreed in the supply contract for the order. They are not a standing offer attached to a catalogue page, and they are not automatically included in a price: what is covered, for how long and at whose cost is settled before the proforma invoice is issued. Raise them in the enquiry and they are quoted with everything else.
Consumables, wear parts and tooling needed to put a new machine into production are also quoted with the machine, on the same order.
