These terms cover the use of this website and the information published on it. They are not the terms of a sale. The terms of any sale — price, payment, incoterms, delivery, inspection, warranty, installation, operator training and governing law — are those set out in the proforma invoice and contract issued for that order, and those prevail over anything on this website.

The catalogue is information, not an offer

Product pages describe a standard model. Specifications, dimensions, capacities and photographs are published in good faith and are subject to change as machines are developed. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract comes into existence by browsing, searching or submitting an enquiry.

Where a machine is built to a buyer's own specification — which is usual on bulk and tender orders — the specification that governs is the one written into the contract for that order, not the one shown here.

Quotations

A quotation states its own validity period, currency and incoterms. Outside that period, or where the underlying costs of materials or freight have moved materially, a quotation must be re-confirmed before it is relied upon. An indicative price supplied for the preparation of a bid is marked as such and is not a firm offer.

Warranty, installation and training

Where a warranty is given, its period and its scope are those stated in the contract for that order. Installation service and operator training are supplied where the contract provides for them, on the terms it sets out. Nothing published on this website creates a warranty, an installation obligation or a training obligation by itself, and a figure quoted for any of them on a product page should be confirmed in the quotation before it is relied upon.

Orders

An order is formed when we issue a proforma invoice and the buyer confirms it in writing, in accordance with the payment terms stated on it. Lead times run from the date the agreed payment or instrument is received, not from the date of the order.

Using this website

You may read, print and share these pages for the purpose of evaluating, specifying or purchasing equipment. You may not copy the catalogue or its specification data systematically, scrape it, republish it as your own, or use it to populate another catalogue. The text, specification tables, photographs and page structure on this site are ours.

You may not use this website or its forms to transmit anything unlawful, to misrepresent who you are, or to attempt to gain access to any part of the system that is not public.

Where we link to a website we do not control, we are not responsible for its content or its practices.

Accuracy and liability

We take care that published specifications are correct and we do not publish figures we have not verified. Even so, information on this website is provided without warranty of any kind, and should be confirmed in writing for the specific machine and configuration before it is relied upon in a tender submission, a design, or a purchase decision. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website alone. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect the obligations we take on in a contract of sale.

These terms may be revised. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies to that use.
