Commercial Refrigeration Manufacturers and Exporters in China
This division holds commercial refrigeration and cold storage equipment across display, storage and ice making, manufactured in China under our own brand and exported worldwide. Commercial refrigeration is specified by what is being kept cold and who looks at it: a display cabinet sells the product, a storage cabinet preserves it, and the two are built to different temperatures, different door arrangements and different running costs.
What is commercial refrigeration equipment?
Commercial refrigeration is cooling equipment built for trade rather than domestic use: display freezers and chillers for retail, upright and workbench cabinets for kitchens, cold rooms for bulk storage, and ice makers. It runs longer hours, holds temperature more tightly under repeated door opening, and is built to be serviced, which is what separates it from a domestic appliance at a similar price.
Cold storage and display ranges in this division

| Cold Seafood Display Freezer | Stainless steel open fish and seafood display | Fishmongers and wet retail counters |
| Cold Meat Showcase | Showcase freezers and chillers for meat | Butchery and deli counter display |
| Cold Workbench Chiller | Workbench refrigerators | Kitchen preparation, where storage doubles as work surface |
| Cold Kitchen Freezer | Upright kitchen freezers | Back-of-house frozen storage in catering |
| Cold Wine Cooler | Compressor wine coolers and cellars | Hospitality and retail wine storage at serving temperature |
| Ice Maker / Ice Cream Machine | Ice makers and stainless steel ice cream machines | Hospitality, catering and food service production |
How to select refrigeration equipment
Display or storage?
Display cabinets are built to be seen into, which means glass, lighting and often an open front – all of which cost energy. Storage cabinets are insulated solid boxes that hold temperature cheaply and show nothing. Buying a display cabinet for back-of-house storage is a running cost that never stops; buying a storage cabinet for a retail floor loses the sale.
Open or closed display?
Open display sells more, because nothing stands between the customer and the product, and it costs considerably more to run and loads the air conditioning of the room around it. Closed glass-door display is cheaper to run and sells slightly less. Where energy is expensive or supply is unreliable, the calculation usually goes the other way from the one retailers expect.
What decides whether a cabinet holds temperature?
Ambient conditions more than the cabinet. Commercial refrigeration is rated against a climate class, and a cabinet specified for a temperate ambient will struggle in a hot, humid room and run continuously trying. Tell us the room temperature and humidity it will stand in, not just the temperature you want inside it.
Specifications and standards to compare
| Equipment | Key specifications to compare | Relevant standards |
|---|---|---|
| Display cabinets | Operating temperature range, climate class, net and gross volume, lighting, defrost method | Specify required standard and climate class at enquiry |
| Storage cabinets and freezers | Temperature range, volume, insulation thickness, door count, shelf loading | Specify required standard at enquiry |
| Cold rooms | Internal dimensions, panel thickness, temperature, door type, floor construction | Specify required standard at enquiry |
| Ice makers | Output per 24 hours, ice form, storage bin capacity, water and drain requirement | Specify required standard at enquiry |
| All refrigeration | Refrigerant type, voltage, frequency, ambient operating range | Confirm refrigerant permitted at the destination |
Refrigerant is the specification to settle first. Permitted refrigerants differ by country and change over time, and a cabinet charged with one that cannot be imported or serviced locally is a problem that only appears after delivery.
Who buys from this division
| Buyer | What they typically need |
|---|---|
| Supermarket or grocery retailer | Island freezers and multideck chillers sized to floor layout and turnover |
| Butchery or fishmonger | Meat showcase or open seafood display with the right counter height |
| Hotel or restaurant kitchen | Workbench chillers, upright freezers and ice makers for back of house |
| Food distributor | Cold rooms sized to pallet handling rather than to volume alone |
| Hospitality supplier or distributor | Container quantities across cabinet types for a local market |
| Institutional tender | Quantities against a schedule with refrigerant and climate class stated |
Installation, refrigerant and running cost
Most cabinets here are self-contained and need only a suitable electrical supply and clearance for airflow, which is the detail most often ignored: a cabinet pushed tight against a wall cannot reject heat and will run constantly. Cold rooms need a level floor, a drain and a condensing unit position planned with the building. Refrigerant handling, where it is required, must be done by someone locally licensed. Energy cost over the life of a cabinet routinely exceeds its purchase price, so climate class and door arrangement are worth more attention at the enquiry than the price difference between two models.
What is included and what is not
Supplied: the equipment built to the voltage, frequency and refrigerant specified, packed for export with documentation. Not supplied: electrical installation, cold room civil work, drainage, refrigerant handling or local certification. Commissioning and training are agreed in the supply contract where they apply.

Questions buyers ask
What is the difference between commercial and domestic refrigeration?
Running hours, recovery and serviceability. Commercial cabinets are designed for doors opening constantly and for holding temperature through that, and they are built to be repaired rather than replaced. A domestic appliance at a similar price will hold temperature well in a quiet kitchen and struggle badly on a shop floor.
Should I buy open or glass-door display?
Open display sells more because nothing stands between customer and product, but it costs substantially more to run and pushes heat into the room, which loads the air conditioning as well. Glass doors cut that cost considerably and lose a little impulse purchasing. Where power is expensive or unreliable, the arithmetic usually favours doors more than retailers expect.
What is climate class and why does it matter?
It is the ambient condition a cabinet is rated to work in. A unit rated for a temperate room placed in a hot, humid one will run almost continuously and still struggle to hold temperature, which gets diagnosed as a fault when it is a specification error. Tell us the room conditions, not only the temperature you want inside.
Which refrigerant will the equipment use?
Whichever is permitted and serviceable at your destination, and it should be settled before order. Permitted refrigerants differ by country and change over time, and a cabinet charged with one that cannot be imported or handled locally becomes unserviceable the first time it needs attention.
How much clearance does a cabinet need?
More than most installations give it. A self-contained cabinet rejects heat through its condenser, and pushed tight against a wall or boxed into a counter it cannot do that, so it runs continuously and fails early. Allow the clearance stated for the model, and remember it applies above as well as behind.
Can you supply cold rooms as well as cabinets?
Yes, though a cold room is a project rather than a product: it needs a level floor, a drain, a planned position for the condensing unit and panel sizes that suit the building. Send internal dimensions, the temperature required and the access route, and it can be specified against those.
