Machines & Equipments is a China-based maker and exporter of industrial machinery, working from an industrial zone in Shanghai. Our catalogue lists 1069 products in 26 categories, and we ship to buyers in more than 67 countries, mostly in Africa, the Middle East and South Asia. Machines and Equipments sells factory-direct to importers, distributors, EPC contractors, NGOs and firms that have won government tenders.
Who we work with
Most of our buyers are not end users. They are local firms that resell, install or supply equipment under a contract. A typical enquiry comes from a distributor who has just won a municipal tender, an importer restocking a line, or an EPC contractor fitting out a plant.

How we support a tender from bid to delivery
Before you bid
Send us the technical specification from the tender. We check the product fit, flag any clause we cannot meet, and quote against it, so your bid rests on numbers you can defend.
After the award
We book production against your contract delivery date. We also prepare the datasheets and compliance papers your submission asks for, in line with our certifications and compliance documents process.
During shipping
We pack each order for export and prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. You can quote EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF; our guide to shipping, Incoterms and export documents explains who pays for what under each term.
After delivery
Spare parts and technical papers stay available once the goods arrive, which makes your next tender with us faster to prepare.
How we price orders
We quote each order on its own terms: quantity, spec, Incoterm and destination port. We do not publish a price list, and we will not promise a fixed saving we cannot back up. What we can say is that buying from the maker removes one layer of resale margin, and on bulk or tender volumes that gap is often worth checking against the other quotes you hold.
