Cold Storage Equipment

Cold Storage Equipment and Commercial Refrigeration

Our cold storage equipment covers 16 commercial models, from walk-in cold rooms and island freezers to display chillers, ice makers and hotel minibars. We build and export them from China for shops, kitchens, fish and meat traders and cold-chain operators, and we quote each order on EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF terms.

Where each unit fits

The Cold Storage Equipment range splits into groups by how the unit is used. Most buyers need two or three of these, not the whole list.

Bulk and back-of-house storage

  • Cold room. Our cold room for fish is a modular walk-in box that holds large volumes of stock at a fixed low temperature. It suits processors, exporters and wholesale stores.
  • Cold room cabinets. The cold room cabinets are the simple entry point for steady, all-day storage without a special layout.
  • Kitchen and workbench units. The cold kitchen freezer holds bulk frozen stock, while the workbench refrigerator puts chilled prep space under a stainless worktop.

Retail display

  • Cold multideck open chiller. The open chiller for drinks lets shoppers grab cold drinks fast in busy stores.
  • Cold island freezer. The combine island freezer for beef is a low, open-top unit for supermarket meat aisles.
  • Cold meat showcase. A glass-front meat showcase keeps fresh and frozen cuts on show at the right temperature.
  • Cold seafood display freezer. Our stainless steel open fish display resists salt and ice melt through a full trading day.
  • Cold upright fridge and upright freezer. A glass-door upright fridge gives cafes and corner shops vertical storage that also works as a branded display.
  • Cake and ice cream display. Straight-glass cake showcases and chest-style ice cream display freezers keep sweets cold and in view.

Hotels, bars and food service

The 35kgs ice maker supplies a steady daily run of clear ice for bars and hotel kitchens. The compressor wine cooler, the 22L hotel mini fridge and the stainless steel ice cream machine round out the range for hospitality buyers.

Choosing cold storage equipment for hot climates

Most of our export orders go to places where the room around the unit is far warmer than in a European shop. A cabinet rated for mild rooms can struggle in a hot market hall or a tin-roof store. For this reason, we build export units for high ambient heat as standard, and we still ask about your site before we quote.

Three points decide which model fits:

  1. Temperature range. Chilled produce and drinks need a very different setting from deep-frozen meat or fish. Tell us the lowest temperature you need to hold.
  2. Storage volume. Measure what you store on a busy day, not an average one. A cold room can be sized up in panels, while a cabinet cannot.
  3. Site climate and power. Heat, humidity and unstable power all affect the compressor. We recommend telling us your supply voltage and whether you run on a generator or solar backup.

Buyers usually ask us whether one unit can serve both chilled and frozen goods. For small kitchens, the combined upright refrigerator freezer does this in one footprint. Larger sites are better served by separate zones.

Tender supply for cold-chain programmes

Public-health departments and cold-chain programmes tender for storage capacity quite often. The usual scoring points are storage volume, temperature range and how well the unit copes with local heat and power.

We supply the datasheets and compliance papers a submission needs, and we plan multi-unit delivery to the date the tender sets. Importers, distributors and contractors who fit out shops or cold stores can also order mixed loads, such as display chillers with a cold room, in one shipment.

Refrigeration systems of this type are commonly designed with reference to guidance from ASHRAE and the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR). We do not claim a certificate for your unit until it is confirmed for your model and destination; see our certifications and compliance documents for how we handle this.

Packing, shipping and customs clearance

Glass doors, compressors and cold room panels need firm packing for sea freight. We wrap and crate each unit, keep cabinets upright, and label every panel set so it can be put back together on site.

Each cold storage equipment order ships with a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin for customs clearance. We already ship to buyers in Senegal, and our machinery export guide for Senegal lists the main port and local details.
