The four models in this range
Each model does a different job, so most projects use two or more of them to build one warning and response set-up.
- Addressable Fire Detection Systems: each smoke detector, heat detector and call point has its own address on the loop. The panel shows the exact device that raised an alarm or a fault.
- Conventional Fire Alarm System: devices are wired in zones, and the panel shows the zone, not the single device. It is a simple, low-cost choice for small sites.
- Fire Alarm System: a stand-alone unit for sites that need sounders and call points but not a large panel.
- Fire Fighting Panel: a panel that links the alarm to the response, such as starting pumps or setting off a gas or foam system.
Addressable or conventional: which fire detection system fits your building
The main choice is the system type. Addressable systems suit large buildings with many zones, where staff must find the exact device in alarm within seconds. Hospitals, hotels, offices, schools and large plants often fall into this group.
Conventional systems suit small sites with one or a few zones, such as shops, small offices and stores. They cost less to buy and wire. But an alarm only points to a zone, so the crew has to search that area.
Before you order, we suggest you check:
- The system type your consultant or tender calls for.
- The zone count and the floor area each detector must cover.
- The fire code or compliance standard your local authority applies.
Rules for how much space each smoke or heat detector can cover change from code to code. So we match the detector count and layout to the standard named in your project, not to a fixed rule of thumb.
Complete systems from one source
Buyers usually ask us if we supply the panel and detectors together. We do. Each set ships from the factory as a full kit, with wiring diagrams and the papers your building code asks for. Buying the whole fire detection system from one maker also means the panel and detectors are sure to work together.
Who we supply
Most of our buyers are fire safety contractors, builders and site managers. They want to buy a fire alarm system straight from the maker, for a new building or to refit an old one. Many also need hand-held kit, so the same order often adds items from our fire fighting equipment range, such as extinguishers and fire blankets.
Large sites often run fire alarms next to CCTV and door access. If your job covers those too, see our cyber security equipment category.
Fire detection tenders and building codes
Fire safety for government sites and large public or commercial buildings is usually bought through a tender. The tender sets the system type, the zone count and the fire code the system must meet.
We write the technical bid against that spec and plan delivery to match each stage of the install. Many specs refer to NFPA codes and standards, while others follow a national code. Send us the clause and we will confirm which papers we can supply. Our page on certifications and compliance documents explains how we work, and we never claim a standard we have not checked for your order.
Shipping and how to enquire
Panels and detectors are light and small, so a small order can go as a part load by sea, or by air when a job is urgent. Tender batches usually ship in a full container. Each order comes with a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, and certificate of origin.
To get a quote, send the system type, zone count, fire code and a floor plan if you have one through our export team contact page. We reply with a matched fire detection system list and a price on the Incoterm you choose.
Have this ready before you enquire
- Addressable or conventional system type

Buyer FAQs
Common questions about Fire Detection Systems
Addressable systems identify the exact device in alarm and suit larger, zoned buildings; conventional systems report by zone and suit smaller single-area sites — tell us your building size and we'll recommend the right type.
Yes, we supply fire fighting panels together with alarm and detection devices as a complete, compatible system rather than individual components.
Share your project's applicable fire code or standard at enquiry stage and we will confirm compliant configuration before quoting.
