How we work as a machinery exporter to Kenya

Before we start production, we confirm the details that tend to cause trouble later. Buyers usually ask us to check these points first:

1. The exact model and specification, matched line by line to your order or tender document.
2. Voltage and frequency, so that each motor matches the local power supply on site.
3. The Incoterm you want: EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
4. Mombasa as the port of discharge, or the inland point your agent will move the cargo to.

Prices are quoted per order, based on quantity, specification, Incoterm and port. We do not publish price lists, and landed cost in Kenyan Shilling (KES) terms depends on your own duties and local freight, which we recommend you confirm with your clearing agent.

Shipping to Mombasa and customs clearance

Most machines travel by sea, either as a full container load for bulk orders or as a shared part-load for one unit. Tender supply for Kenyan public projects

Public buying in Kenya runs through the eGP Portal of the Government of Kenya. If you have won, or plan to bid on, a contract listed there, share the technical clause with us. We will confirm product fit and the documents we can provide before you submit, and then plan production against your delivery date.
