How we handle orders as a machinery exporter to Kuwait

Summer heat and dust are hard on motors, seals and control panels. So before we start production, we go through a short list with each buyer:

1. The exact model and specification, checked against your order or tender file.
2. Voltage and frequency, so that each machine matches the local grid.
3. Site conditions, such as high heat or dust, that may call for a certain cooling or filter option.
4. The Incoterm you prefer: EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF, with Shuwaikh or Shuaiba named as the port.

We quote prices per order, based on quantity, specification, Incoterm and port. We do not publish price lists. Landed cost in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) terms also depends on duties and local handling, which we suggest you check with your clearing agent.

Shipping to Shuwaikh Port and clearing customs

Most machines go by sea, either as a full container load for bulk orders or as a shared part-load for a single unit. Public tenders in Kuwait

State contracts in Kuwait are handled by the Central Agency for Public Tenders (CAPT). If you plan to bid on a CAPT tender, share the technical clause with us before you price it.
