Vietnam is an ASEAN member with a large repair trade and a busy farm sector. Our orders from the country tend to come from three ranges:

• Garage Equipment such as car lifts, compressors and tyre changers for repair shops
• Hand Tools including power tools and tool sets for trade and workshop use
• Agricultural Machinery for rice, coffee and fruit farms

Tool and workshop orders often mix many small items, so we pack and label each carton to match your packing list.

Shipping as a machinery exporter to Vietnam

The sea leg from Shanghai to Vietnam is short. Our main port listing is Cat Lai, Ho Chi Minh City, also Hai Phong in the north, so you can pick the one closest to your warehouse.

Small orders can go LCL, while dealer stock often fills a 20ft or 40ft container. We quote EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF, and our guide to shipping, Incoterms and export documents explains the split of cost and risk.

What we confirm before production

Before we pack or build, buyers usually ask us to check:

• The model and spec, set against your order or tender list
• Voltage, frequency and plug type for power tools and workshop machines
• Lifting capacity and floor fixing for car lifts
• The port, Incoterm and consignee for the bill of lading

We do not publish prices; each quote depends on quantity, spec and route. Your landed cost in Vietnamese Dong (VND) terms also includes duty, which your customs broker can confirm.

Mixed loads for dealers

Many Vietnamese dealers fill one container with lifts, tool sets and a few farm machines. That is fine with us. We list each item by model and count, and we mark the cartons so your team can sort them fast at the warehouse. If a line runs short at our end, we tell you before we ship, not after.

Documents and public tenders

Standard papers are a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. If a tender needs datasheets or other files, share the list and we will say what we can supply; see our page on certifications and compliance documents.

Public tenders run on the National e-GP System. As a machinery exporter to Vietnam, we check the technical clause before you bid. We also ship to Cambodia and other ASEAN markets.
