Agricultural Vibro Separator Machine for Grain and Seed Cleaning
The Agricultural Vibro Separator Machine cleans and grades grain, seed and pulses by passing them over a set of shaking sieves in a closed rectangular body. Clean product and waste split by size and leave through their own outlets. We make it in mild steel in China and build each unit to order for export.
How the vibro separator works
Material enters at the top and spreads across the sieve deck. The screens shake, so dust and small seeds drop through while straw, stones and husk ride over the top. Each size grade runs to its own outlet, which makes it easy to bag clean grain and send rejects to waste.
Rubber balls sit under the perforated sheets and bounce against them as the deck moves. This keeps the holes from clogging, so the machine holds its cleaning rate over a long shift.
