Agricultural Destoner Machine
The Agricultural Destoner Machine removes stones, metal bits, glass and mud balls from grain and seed before milling, packing or storage. It uses a fluidized deck with a self-cleaning system and works on vacuum negative pressure, so heavy dirt is split from good grain by weight. We build it in SS (stainless steel) in China and export it for cleaning plants and mills.
How the de-stoner separates grain
Grain feeds onto a sloped deck that shakes back and forth. Air is drawn up through the deck, which lifts the lighter grain so it floats and flows downhill. Stones and other heavy bits stay in touch with the deck and are walked uphill to their own outlet. Light dust and chaff are pulled off by suction at the same time.
