How the design helps output
The mill is derived from the tear circle type hammer mill. Its rotor beats the feed against a screen until the pieces are small enough to pass. Air drawn from the right side pulls ground material through the screen faster, which keeps the grinding chamber cool and lifts output. The maker also states that both coarse and fine grinding can be done without a screen change.
