High Efficient Small Palm Oil Extractor Machine
Our small palm oil extractor machine presses crude oil from palm fruit that has been heated and crushed. It comes in two sizes: a single screw press rated at 0.5 t/d with a 4 kW motor, and a double screw press rated at 1 t/d with a 5.5 kW motor. Both suit village mills, co-ops and small estates that want to process their own fruit.
Single screw or double screw
The choice mostly comes down to daily fruit volume and how the press will be moved and set up:
- Single screw: 0.5 t/d, 4 kW motor, about 260 kg, 2200 × 1500 × 1600 mm. A light unit for start-up plants and trial runs.
- Double screw: 1 t/d, 5.5 kW motor, about 1340 kg, 2280 × 910 × 600 mm. Two screws give a steadier press on fibrous mash and double the daily output.
