Agro Machine Vertical Rice Roller Whitener
The Agro Machine Vertical Rice Roller Whitener takes the bran layer off brown rice with an upright abrasive sand roll and turns it into white rice. It runs on a 15-22 kW motor and takes up a space of 870x500x1410 mm. We manufacture it in China for commercial rice mills and export it alone or as part of a complete milling line.
How the Machine Vertical Rice Roller Whitener works
Brown rice feeds in at the top and moves down past a turning abrasive roller. The rough roll surface scrapes off bran as the grains rub against it and against each other, while a spraying fan pushes air through the rice and a bran suction fan draws the loose bran away, which keeps the grain cool and clean.
