About this unit
Three operations on one synchronised frame: the container is rinsed, filled and capped without leaving the machine. Rinsing uses positively ionised air pressure together with vacuum extraction rather than water, so the container is cleaned and the debris is drawn away instead of being blown around the filling area, and the container goes to the filler dry. Keeping all three stages in step is the point of a combined unit, because a rinse-fill-cap sequence split across three machines accumulates timing error at every transfer. Throughput depends on container and closure format. Send your container drawing, fill volume and cap type to have the machine specified against them.
