About this unit
Riot control equipment answers a different threat from ballistic armour: blunt force, thrown objects and edged weapons at close quarters, sustained across hours rather than delivered in a single event. The moulded outer shell carries raised impact ridges that spread a strike across the panel instead of letting it land on one point, with foam padding behind to absorb what passes through. Inside, soft brush and mesh lining matters more than it sounds once the suit is worn through a long deployment in heat. Hard shell sections cover most of the body and resist penetration and stabbing as well as impact, in a material specified for flame and acid resistance. Supplied as a kit with the T baton; confirm your sizing spread and sets per unit.
