About this unit
An air jet cleaner inverts an empty container and blows it out with compressed air immediately before filling, which removes dust, fibres and moulding debris without introducing water. For a line filling a product that must not meet water before it is sealed, that is the only practical cleaning method. It handles glass, plastic, PET, tin and corrugated containers. The protective logic matters as much as the cleaning: the machine stops when no bottle is present and stops again on a jam, rather than continuing to run air and losing the position of everything downstream. The unit is compact enough to be retrofitted into an existing line ahead of the filler.
