About this unit
The PASGT is the full-coverage pattern: a one-piece shell that carries down over the ears and forward to a pronounced lip at the brow. That coverage is why it is still specified for general issue, guard duty and static posts, and it is also why it is the heaviest of the three patterns here. Shell area is bought with hearing and peripheral vision. Suspension and chinstrap adjust for long wear, and the shell is finished for field service rather than parade use. Back-face deformation behind the shell is a tender requirement in most procurements, so tell us the standard and the test house your buyer will accept and we will confirm in writing what can be certified before any quantity is committed.
