About this unit
A modular kit built around a core of three modules - line, basic clamp and manipulation, and anchor - which together cover an ordinary dismounted task. Everything beyond that is bought as needed: advanced clamp, visibility, basic reach, guidance, multi-tool, demining and grapple packs. Buying capability in modules suits a unit whose tasking varies or whose budget arrives in stages, and it avoids carrying components that a given deployment will never use. Weight and bulk are the real constraints on dismounted operations, and a kit that is lighter because it leaves behind what is not needed gets carried further.
