About this unit
A telescopic manipulator puts up to three metres between the operator and the device. That standoff is the entire specification: everything else exists to make work possible at that distance. The claw rotates through a full circle and closes with enough precision to pick up and place rather than merely grab, so the tool delivers X-ray plates and disruptors into position, shifts obstacles, and reaches places a robot cannot get into at all. The wheel base detaches and a shoulder strap is fitted, because an operator often has to carry it the last stretch. It ships in a ruggedised case, which matters for a tool that lives in a vehicle.
