About this unit
A two-line rigging kit for EOD and IEDD work, holding over 100 components across more than 30 component types. The point of a kit this size is that an operator arriving at an unknown device does not know in advance which technique the task will need, and returning to the vehicle for a missing clamp is time spent in the hazard area. Two Kevlar-core lines are colour coded so the operator can distinguish them under stress at distance, and they are low stretch, which is what makes a remote pull predictable rather than springy. Hooks are heat treated, the telescopic pole extends to three metres, and the snatch block opens itself. Access and disposal capability sit in the same kit.
