About this unit
The Access kit is for opening things at a distance: handles, catches and latching mechanisms in vehicles, buildings and industrial premises, so a suspect space can be entered and searched without an operator putting hands on it. It holds fifteen modular components together with specialty clamps, used singly or combined, and the modularity is what covers the range - a vehicle door handle, an industrial lever and a domestic catch need different purchase, and no single tool takes all three. This is a search and entry kit rather than a disposal kit; pair it with a rigging kit for the task that follows the entry.
