About this unit
A dedicated filler for hand sanitizer, electrically driven, with the product path and frame in stainless steel. Alcohol-based sanitizer is the reason the material specification is not negotiable: it attacks seals and finishes that handle water-based products without trouble, and it evaporates, so an open or slow fill loses volume and leaves residue. The machine draws 2 horsepower from a 220 volt single phase supply and is operated from its own control panel, so fill volume and cycle are set at the machine rather than by changing parts. Tell us your bottle sizes, the fill volumes you need to hold and the viscosity of the gel or liquid you are filling.
