About this unit
Built for round ampoules and vials, applying self-adhesive labels as either a full or a partial wrap. Pharmaceutical containers are the hardest labelling job on this list: they are small, light, fragile and easily knocked out of line, so the machine loads from a tray and collects into a tray rather than relying on an open conveyor where a vial can tip. Placement has to be precise because a label sitting proud on a vial fails inspection as surely as a wrong one. Running at up to 300 labels a minute on 230 volts single phase. Confirm your vial diameter and height, the label format, and whether you need full or partial wrap.
