About this unit
A rotary labeller places the container on a turning carousel rather than carrying it past a fixed head, and that is what lets it wrap a label around a round body without a crease forming at the trailing edge. On a straight conveyor the label has to be rolled on; on a carousel the container turns under the applicator at a matched speed, so the label lays down flat. Output runs to 300 labels a minute at 230 volts, single phase, 50 hertz. The carousel and change parts are built around a container diameter range, so that range is the first thing to settle. State the smallest and largest bodies you intend to run.
