Flame Resistant Full Body Anti Riot Armour with T Baton
This flame resistant full body anti riot armour is a crowd-control suit from our anti riot armour range, made in China and supplied with a T baton. Its shells use flame-resistant, reinforced PA material to guard the chest, back, shoulders and arms from stones and metal objects. The listed protected area is 1.08 m², and the lightweight suit is designed to go on and come off quickly.
How the flame resistant full body anti riot armour is built
The front and back hard shells use a modular flex design, which lets one suit fit many body shapes while still giving officers room to move, run and bend. Each piece fastens with durable nylon straps and quick-connect clips, so a team can adjust the fit in a few moments before deployment.
- Shell: flame-resistant, reinforced PA over impact-foam padding
- Protected area: 1.08 m² in total
- Knee and shin guards: a non-slip surface to help the wearer hold position
- Fasteners: Velcro rated above 7.2 N/cm², buckles above 500 N and joints above 2000 N
- Working range: listed for use from -20 °C to +55 °C
Listed test results
The maker's data sheet gives these test results for the suit:
- Anti-stab: a dagger does not pierce the chest, back or groin under 2000 N of static pressure held for one minute (≥20 J)
- Anti-impact: a 7.5 kg steel ball dropped from 163 cm onto the chest and arms leaves no damage (≥20 J)
