About this unit
A rotary monoblock that fills and caps on one frame, with the container carried round a turret from the filling heads to the capping head without being transferred between machines. Combining the two is the standard answer where floor space is short, and it removes the conveyor run between filler and capper where bottles tip and liquid slops. The trade-off is flexibility: a monoblock is tooled around a container range, and a pack well outside that range needs change parts rather than an adjustment. Where a line runs one or two formats at volume that is the right trade. Send your container sizes, fill volumes and target bottles per hour.
