About this unit
Heat shrink sleeving applicators, the stage that takes an applied sleeve and brings it down tight onto the container. The applicator is only half the job: the shrink tunnel behind it does the forming, and the match between the two is what decides whether the finished sleeve is smooth or wrinkled at the shoulder. Sleeve material, container profile and line speed together set the tunnel temperature profile and dwell time, and a setting that works on a straight-sided bottle will not work on a waisted one. These are supplied to be matched to an existing line as well as within a new one. Send the sleeve material, the container drawing and the speed you need to hold.
