Food On Line Motorized Coder
The On Line Motorized Coder is a portable, 11 kg unit for semi-automatic batch coding. You place the product on the platform and the coder prints at once, with no pedal or button to press. It plugs into a standard 230 VAC outlet, so it can start work the day it arrives.
How the on line motorized coder works
The message is set by push-fitting grooved stereos onto a groove base mat, which makes code changes quick. Ink comes from a rechargeable circular cartridge that is fully enclosed. Because it is closed, the coder can use fast-drying, indelible solvent-based inks on both porous and non-porous surfaces.
The print head slides into its housing to pick up ink and then slides out to code the product. A DC stepper motor drives this action, so no compressor is needed.
