Army Telescopic Search Kit
The Army Telescopic Search Kit is a mirror set for searching ships, vehicles and buildings for hidden items. It pairs a 5-section telescopic arm with five interchangeable mirrors and an LED light pod, all held in a robust fitted case. We make it in China and ship it to search teams, police and tender buyers.
The arm and light pod
The arm extends to 1425mm (56.1in) and closes to 530mm (20.87in), so it packs small but reaches deep into engine bays, ceiling voids and under seats. It has a non-slip rubber handle of 36mm diameter and an adjustable mirror head. The LED light pod runs for a nominal 7 hours on 2 x AAA cells and is tested to IP64 against dust and water spray.
Five mirrors for different spaces
Each mirror sits in a black polypropylene frame with screw fixing studs, so the user can swap heads in seconds.
