The carrier follows a "lighter is better" idea: few frills, lots of function. Rows of MOLLE/PALS webbing run across the front and back, so pouches can be fitted where each user wants them. The top three rows carry loop material for patches or ID panels.

It is made as one size to fit most builds. The shoulder straps adjust, and elastic side straps keep a snug fit while still letting the wearer twist and run. Air mesh lines the inner faces for comfort, the shell uses Mil-Spec materials, and the plate pockets are lined with pack cloth to resist wear.

Typical protection

Vests of this type usually pair aramid or UHMWPE soft armour with ceramic or steel plate inserts. The protection level is commonly NIJ IIIA-IV equivalent protection level (model-dependent), which depends on the plates chosen. These are typical values, not a rating we confirm for this model up front. We check the plate type and level with you in writing before we build, and the NIJ body armor standards are the usual tender reference.
