How the labeler works

Containers move along the slat chain conveyor, and a sensor spots each one as it arrives. The label head peels a sticker off the backing roll and presses it onto the bottle, then rollers wrap it round the body. Because the labels come pre-glued, there is no glue pot to clean.

This kind of labeler handles glass and plastic bottles, water bottles, jars and small pots. It cuts hand labeling work and keeps each label in the same place, which helps with barcodes and batch data.

Real output depends on bottle size and label length, so a tall bottle with a long wrap will run slower than a small vial. The specification table below marks automation and capacity as typical for this type of machine.

What to send before we quote a vertical sticker labeling machine

Buyers usually ask us if one head can do front and back labels, so we recommend sending your bottle drawing, label size and roll core size. Square and oval bottles may need a different model. If your plant runs on 60Hz or a three phase supply, tell us, since the listed model is built for 230V at 50Hz.
