How band sealing works

Two moving bands grip the top of the bag and draw it past heated blocks. The heat melts the film layers together, and a cooling section then sets the seal before the bag leaves. Because the bag stands upright, the machine suits pouches with powder, grain, snacks or liquids that would spill if laid flat.

The digital controller lets the operator set a heat level for each film type. Thin PE film needs less heat than a thick laminate, and too much heat can wrinkle or burn the seal.

What to check before ordering a vertical band continuous sealing machine

The conveyor height can often be set to suit, but very tall sacks may need a different stand. We also confirm the site voltage and frequency so the motor and heater suit your supply.
