Why oil needs its own filler

Edible oil is thicker than water, and its flow changes with temperature. A cold morning can slow the fill and a warm afternoon can speed it up. So oil fillers tend to use a piston or pump to meter each dose, not plain gravity, and each bottle gets the same fill all day. Drip-free nozzles help too, since oil on the neck spoils labels and draws dust.

Grades of Stainless Steel Electric Oil Filling Machines

These machines come in two automation grades:

• Semi-automatic: the operator places each bottle and starts the fill. This suits small mills, trial runs and plants with many bottle sizes.
• Automatic: bottles feed on a conveyor and fill with no hands-on work. This suits steady, high-volume runs.

In both grades the drive is electric and the packaging type is bottle. Across the range, control is semi-automatic to fully automatic, model-dependent, and capacity varies by model and production scale. We confirm the fill range and speed for your model at quotation.

• The oil type, such as palm, sunflower, soybean or mustard oil
• Bottle sizes, from small retail packs to larger jars
• How many bottles you need per shift
• Your site voltage and frequency, so the electric drive matches
