Food Small Vacuum Packaging Machine – Model 2
The Small Vacuum Packaging Machine – Model 2 is a single-chamber table unit that draws air out of a pouch, can flush it with gas, and heat-seals it shut. It has a 630 x 350 x 115 mm stainless steel 304 chamber, a clear acrylic lid and a packing cycle of 15 to 35 seconds. We build it in China for food shops, meat and cheese packers and small plants.
How the chamber works
The operator places the filled pouch in the chamber with its open end across the sealing bar and closes the lid, and the pump then evacuates the chamber and the pouch together. With gas flushing, an inert gas is returned to the pouch to protect delicate or crushable food. The heated bar seals the pouch, atmospheric air re-enters the chamber, and the lid opens.
The transparent lid lets the operator observe every stage, which is useful when setting vacuum and sealing times for a new product. Actual cycle time depends on the product and on the pump capacity you select.
