How the Single Side Sticker Labeling Machine works

Containers travel on the slat conveyor in a steady line. A space creator opens a gap between each pair of bottles, so the sensor sees one container at a time. An optical label scanner then tells the dispenser when to release a label, and a pressing belt rolls the sticker firmly onto the surface.

The main working parts are:

• Slat conveyor that carries each round container past the head
• Label dispenser unit that peels and feeds labels from the roll
• Optical label scanner that times each label to the gap
• Pressing assembly that smooths the label so it holds without bubbles
• Controller that sets speed and label position

Build and power supply

• Label size, roll core and whether the labels are clear or paper
