Pouches Hand Stamping System
The Pouches Hand Stamping System is a manual coding kit for printing batch numbers, MRP and expiry dates on pouches and packs. It needs no power, weighs about 500 g and prints from changeable rubber stereos; when you press the handle, and the head swings from the ink pad to the pack in one move, then returns for fresh ink.
How the hand stamp works
You build the message by push fitting grooved stereos onto a grooved base mat, while the ink sits in a closed felt pad that can be recharged, so fast drying solvent inks do not dry out between uses. Those inks mark both porous and non-porous surfaces.
The kit includes stereos for 0 to 9, A to Z, JAN to DEC, and words such as PKD, EXP, B.No. and MRP, while spare pads, ink, forceps, scissors and machinery oil come in the box.
What it can print on
It marks metal, glass, paper and most plastic films, including HDPE, LDPE, PP, cellophane and aluminum foil. Models exist with plain or dot matrix stereos, plastic or metal bodies, and heads for curved surfaces, and stereos can be rubber or nylon, grooved or flat.
