Portable Non Contact Ink Jet Stamp Machine
The Portable Non Contact Ink Jet Stamp Machine is an on-line coder that prints up to 4 lines of 120 characters onto moving packs. Text can be from 1 mm to 17 mm high at speeds of up to 50 meters per minute, and a piezo head sprays solvent ink without touching the product, so it suits bottles, pouches and cartons on a conveyor.
How the coder works on a line
The operator types each message on the built-in QWERTY keyboard and checks its layout on the graphic display. The small print head is set beside the conveyor, and each time the product sensor sees a pack, the full message is sprayed onto it in motion, with logos mixed alongside small, medium or large text.
Ink that loads in seconds
Ink comes in a 200 ml disposable pre-mix cartridge that push fits into its SLOT. The fast drying, lasting inks work on porous and non-porous surfaces, and colours include black, white and yellow, and one litre gives about 90 million characters of 2 mm.
