How induction cap sealing works

The head creates an electromagnetic field at about 100 kHz, which heats only the foil inside the cap and melts a thin coat and fuses the liner to the rim. The cap itself stays cool, so there is no scorching and the seal shows clear tamper proof.

Which containers it suits

It seals foil liners on PP, HDPE, LDPE and PET bottles, glass jars, cans and plastic cups, which makes it useful for honey, oil, sauces, powders and medicine packed in small runs. The listing shows the model as manual, with a fixed sealing speed.
