Pneumatic Operated Impulse Sealer
The Pneumatic Operated Impulse Sealer is a vertical bag sealer that makes a 3mm to 5 mm seal up to 40 inches long. An air cylinder closes the jaws and the cycle starts from a foot switch or button, while the frame is fully SS 304 or 316, and we build it in China for food and packing plants.
How the air-driven jaw helps
An impulse sealer heats a thin wire for a moment, then holds the film shut while it cools. With a pneumatic jaw, the force is the same on each pouch, so an operator does not tire and seals stay even. The unit runs from an air compressor and can be supplied for auto or manual cycling.
What it seals
It is used on the top and bottom of pouches for tea, sweets, wafers, snacks and namkeen, and common films are PE, LD and BOPP. Laminates may need a different heat setting, so send a sample and we will check it.
