Food Manual Cap Sealing Machine
A Manual Cap Sealing Machine heat-seals caps and lids onto jars, bottles, plastic containers and jerry cans, one pack at a time. This new, pneumatic-driven model uses a hot bar head, takes caps up to 100 mm in diameter and has a listed size of 120 mm. It suits jelly, oily products and pastes, where a firm seal stops leaks in transit. We build it in China and ship it worldwide.
How the manual cap sealing machine works
The operator sets the filled jar on the base with the lid in place and triggers the head. Air pressure drives the heated bar down onto the lid for a short, even press, then lifts it clear. Because the press force comes from the air cylinder, each seal gets the same pressure, which is hard to achieve with a hand press alone.
A manual sealer is a sensible first step for small plants, test kitchens and short runs. It needs little floor space and no conveyor, and staff learn it in minutes.
