Why lines add an automatic high speed bottle unscrambler

On many small lines, staff stand at the start of the conveyor and set bottles upright by hand. That works at low speed, but it soon limits the whole line once the filler and labeler run faster. An unscrambler does the job without breaks. Bottles drop into a hopper, and a turning disc or bowl guides them into pockets that stand each one upright before release.

Bottle shape drives the design of an unscrambler. Round bottles sort easily, while flat, square or light bottles may need extra guides or air assist. We also confirm that your site has a 380 V/50 Hz three-phase supply, since some plants only have single-phase power.
